In 2026, we started working with Emote Digital, who have greatly helped us regain confidence in our website's uptime and performance. The onboarding process was seamless, including a detailed audit of our site with genuine recommendations. We subscribed to a month-to-month Retainer support service, and in a short time frame, we have made many improvements. Including migrating our website from unreliable shared hosting to a fast and secure dedicated hosting platform. We have also set up a proper staging environment, so we can plan and test changes before going live. We have also cleaned up the coding, added caching to speed up the site and deployed critical site updates. Emote has taken care of the entire process, which for us has been huge, and allows us to focus on what we do best, which is our filming and creating content for our members and viewers. The work done by Emote Digital is in-house locally and not outsourced offshore, which is so important to us, and communication has been terrific, with regular meetings, emails, and a status update via their online customer portal. Moving away from a break/fix relationship and now proper consulting and brainstorming sessions to improve the website and enhance the experience for our customers. Turning ideas into solutions, with careful planning, testing and staging. Their knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce to support our membership platform has been amazing. We still have a long way to go, but I am very pleased with our experience to date.
