I traveled from the countryside to pick up an order, and the experience wasn't good. Between the arrival confirmation and entering the factory, a long time passed in a place that is already quite desolate. Once inside, we were attended to by Raquel with a certain indifference. With my hands greasy from carrying the sheet metal, I asked to wash them. She replied that the bathrooms were exclusively for employees and led me to what had once been a large sink, the drain of which emptied into a bucket that inevitably soaked my feet. I must admit that she was kind enough to bring me detergent when I asked. I asked to speak to "someone in a position of authority," and she told me there was no one there. Throughout the entire experience, I was made to feel UNVALUED. In the future, I will have to continue buying perforated sheet metal, but I will certainly do so with someone who values ​​me as a customer.

The home delivery was terrible. The delivery driver sent by the company refused to take the furniture to the apartment, which was on the 12th floor and accessible by elevator, saying it wasn't his responsibility and that Eme paid him very little for his work. Regarding the furniture, a "50-inch TV organizer," it arrived with the drawer hinge missing and other parts incomplete.

Excellent value for money, delivered on time and exactly as agreed! Highly recommended, the staff are very helpful and accommodating.
