EMD is outstanding! They never disappoint. If they are not able to help immediately, they figure it out and get me fixed. i rarely have much time lost. I am not computer savvy, I have worked with different techs at different levels and they are all patient with me and explain to me in my language "dummy" so i am able to help when working remotely. I have been working with EMD Networking for many years and have always been very pleased with their response time and how they handle the issue I am having. I have worked with them for large and small issues and situations from purchasing new computers and setting up printers and a network to "oops" I clicked on the wrong thing and worried I had exposed my computer to a virus. The staff is always friendly, helpful, patient, and respectful both on the phone and in person during a site visit. My husband and I own a small company and I am the default IT person, knowing that EMD is available and willing to work with us relieves a lot of stress in an area that we are not that comfortable with.
