We use ELMA's CRM system. I appreciate its flexibility and ease of use. What I like most about the CRM system is its adaptability to existing processes. All the other systems I've tried before have been a pain to adapt to. I'm confident that ELMA365 will be customized just for us. We're already on our way there. The goal is global: to integrate all processes into a single system, from the first contact with the client to the transfer to production and its successful completion.
The company is fantastic. It's growing dynamically, and the team is friendly. But it wouldn't be the same without the master from Tchaikovsky.
