Working with Janelle was a joy. She is smart, thoughtful, patient and a great listener. She explained the process of updating our website very clearly and provided us with clear video tutorials so that we could refer to them at a later time if need be (and I did need them!). Lately you never really know what you are going to get in the service industry in terms of professionalism and competency, it seems. I called around to several website designers and just wasn't that impressed. I'm so so grateful I stumbled upon Janelle at Ellanyze! I knew almost immediately that I wanted her to design my website. Professional, knowledgeable, creative, and competitive pricing! Working with Janelle was seamless from start to finish. Our website desperately needed an overhaul but we didn't know where to start. We are a small business and other website designers we talked to seemed to offer and charge for way more than what our business needs today. Janelle gave us three quote options and suggested add-on's that helped us think bigger about our brand and with creative solutions without making it a requirement. Her prices are super competitive, and we weren't overpaying for misc. fees or services we won't utilize like other companies we talked to. Janelle has a strong expertise with professional and luxury designs. Her service was great and she did everything she said she was going to within the timeline she laid out.
