Very disappointing experience. I was supposed to bring my son for a trial lesson today. After making the trip down, I was told there was no class today at all. Even worse, the staff onsite were completely unaware that a trial lesson had been arranged. When I contacted the provided number, the person who called back seemed confused and had mixed up the arrangements, then tried to sort things out on the spot. This shows a serious lack of coordination and internal communication. Overall, it was a total waste of time and left a very poor first impression. For an education centre, this level of disorganisation is unacceptable.

The teachers are kind and patient. After joining this tuition centre, Xi En’s PSLE results improved a lot and were excellent. Highly recommended ths tuition centre to all parents!

I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Edu 学习中心. It is conveniently located at Yishun Central (with yummy food all around too !) My younger cousin enjoys the tuition, he shares with me that he learns something new and interesting. The worksheets are good quality too, as i sometimes read the worksheets he has done. Importantly as well, Miss Janice and the tutors are warm, passionate, dedicated. In addition to doing worksheets, the tutors fosters my younger cousin's deeper interest and appreciation in the subjects 👍🙏 谢谢老师们 😊
