Went today to collect microphone i bought. The lady on the till was super friendly and helpful. Great experience as always!
I don't recommend it, I bought a not cheap coffee espresso machine, it broke down after 3 months. I went to the store with the device and they kept it in service for 3 weeks without exchanging it for another device. I picked up the device after 3 weeks, it was tri.is without a cover and after 2 days I noticed that it didn't work the milk (it does not foam at all, only normal milk flows). I go to the store again and he tells me that the repair will take up to 14 days, this time I received another device until mine comes from service. After 14 days, I receive a message to go pick up the device. I get there, the device is brought to me without the box, so I handed it over, without the cover that I had noted in writing by email and in the store when I handed the device over. I asked to speak to a boss, but..... the boss was no longer there. I refused to pick up the device until a boss has "time" for a discussion. I have previously complained to the consumer protection because it seems like a joke (7000 kr device and purchased extra warranty)
Good shop with a huge selection that is well presented and with some good deals. 5 stars because of the great treatment from Natt who really went out of way to assist me more than he needed to. I will be returning to this location instead of the shop closest to my home because his customer service made my experience very pleasant. Thank you Natt!
Dropped by in order to buy a washer, dryer and a TV. No help was given in the department for washers and dryers, but we found what we needed. In the TV department we were immediately greeted by Krystian who turned out to be an exceptional staff member. He was very knowledgeable and really guided us through the world of TVs, and we ended up getting the TV fitting our needs. Really kudos to Krystian. Wish service was like this all over.
