The owner was very friendly, transparent, and highly responsive over WhatsApp throughout the entire process. He clearly explained the water heater replacement and answered all my questions, which gave me confidence in the service. I specifically requested a technician who could speak Chinese so that my grandparents could communicate comfortably, and he arranged for Mr Ping to assist us. Mr Ping was extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed the replacement very quickly. He patiently explained to my grandparents how to properly maintain the new water heater and also helped us understand why the previous unit had broken down. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and consideration.
