I'm very surprised by the Google reviews… I'm still wondering how they were obtained. The service was deplorable, the work mediocre, and above all, there was absolutely no communication. Once payment was received, Mr. Boualy completely disappeared, having apparently become an expert at dodging questions, always "in an off-site meeting" or hiding behind his colleagues. The worst part? Rather than admitting his mistakes, he prefers to criticize his former clients and their supposed demands, just to deflect attention from his own shoddy work. The result: I had to start all over again. Honestly? Avoid at all costs.
