The biggest mistake my company did was to deal with such Odoo service provider, the company have no known help desk and support, the company have no info@email, the contact form doesn’t work, I need to escalate the projects team about poor and unprofessionally to deal with a big company like Vana furniture. This will be the last hope to get a response from any one in this non professional company before I start legal action. I am not aware about company’s other activities, but the Odoo team is catastrophic, never recommend them to anyone
