Edwin Garage Sluggish acceleration and a dashboard warning light prompted my search for a workshop and my due diligence led me to EDWIN GARAGE. The experience at this workshop from start to finish was exceptional !! My first encounter with Edwin was over WhatsApp to get an appointment. As I shared my issues, I was impressed not only by his vast technical knowledge - accurately diagnosing potential causes simply from reading my text, but also his pleasant demeanour. Since my issue surfaced on a Saturday and the workshop closes on Sunday, Edwin kindly accommodated and squeezed me into his schedule to inspect my car on Saturday evening, at the end of his exhausting schedule (they serve about 50 customers a day), earning my immense gratitude. His humility stood out again when he told me, “Don’t call me Mr.…..just call me Edwin!” After directing me to the customer waiting lounge, he and his team examined and rectified the issues.They utilised diagnostic computer scan to analyze the problems and did a final scan to ensure the car passed inspection. Beyond the necessary repairs, they went the extra mile to replace a missing screw in my car. Another feather in his cap! Over many years of driving, searching for a skilled workshop and a trustworthy boss with fair pricing, have always been a chore for car owners. Hence, the fruit of a good search should be shared with others via reviews. I hope this review helps direct owners to these wonderful qualities, as repairs and servicing are best gauged by performance. Excellent service deserves to be respected. Edwin garage has provided me with excellent repair craftsmanship, fair and transparent prices, and most importantly, Edwin goes above and beyond to offer exceptional and excellent services. He has helped to do an exterior and interior cleaning on top of the requested repair job which is a really nice touch. It is difficult to find a workshop that you can trust fully in Singapore, but for Edwin garage, I can safely say this is the workshop to go to if you want quality and trusted motor vehicle service. I have observed their team when I was waiting and I can see that despite them being tired, all of them are happy and satisfied with their work. Sent my car to Edwin for an aircon issue and had a very good experience. Even though I hadn’t serviced my car with him for some time, he was still very helpful and welcoming, and managed to fix the aircon issue on the first visit. After the repair, there was an unusual sound and Edwin immediately asked me to bring the car back for checking without hesitation. He and his team spent the next two days carefully diagnosing the issue and eventually resolved it. What stood out was that they clearly prioritise customer satisfaction and making sure the problem is properly fixed. Honest and knowledgeable workshop. Would definitely recommend!
