EduFirst Learning Centre (Tampines east ) - English Math Chinese Science Tuition Centre Student Care

I rarely leave reviews but I felt it was necessary to share our experience. I enrolled my child in this tuition centre with high hopes, especially since it is conveniently located (no reviews when we first enrolled her). Despite our commitment and effort to follow up at home, there was no noticeable development in her understanding or confidence in the subject (which I’ll refrain from naming out of respect). What really upset me was the complete lack of flexibility when it came to our side. If my child was unwell or had an unavoidable enrichment class or school event, we were told flatly that there could be no reschedule or makeup lesson. It felt very one-sided and unfair the rules only seemed to apply when it was convenient for them, many times that tutor had to reschedule as he won’t be around. There was no consideration or empathy despite our willingness to accommodate them so many times. When I raised my concerns, the responses felt dismissive, as though we were the inconvenience rather than paying clients who simply wanted consistency and mutual respect. After repeated disruptions and the lack of support from whom I believe the owner, I eventually made the decision to withdraw my child. I believe any tuition centre should not only provide good teaching but also basic professionalism, clear communication, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, this was not our experience here.

The teachers are friendly and my son enjoyed his time there and improved on his spelling, 听写 and homework. The center is clean, have nice flooring and rooms for lower and upper primary. The center also arranges extra activities during school holidays

Shortlisted afew after school care around my daughter school (TNPS). We decided on Edufirst and did not regret on this decision. My daughter enjoyed her time there and always looking forward to seeing her friends and teacher after school. The activity planned is always on schedule and I have never heard my daughter complain to me that today is boring or too packed.

My kids are very happy there and my wife and I see tremendous improvement in their mandarin. The teacher is very friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure they are on track and also provides regular feedback if they are doing well / which areas need improvement.

Teachers are friendly and nice. My child enjoyed his time with his peers. School homework were also covered before going back home. During school holidays, extra external activities also being arranged for the kids to explore.
