My son enjoy going to the student care very much. The teachers here are very patient and caring and genuinely care for the children’s well being. The daily schedule is well-balanced — children have dedicated homework time, enrichment activities, and opportunities for rest and play. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. My child especially enjoys the holiday programmes and themed activities, which are both educational and fun.

My daughter was having challenge in some subjects at school, we explored few tuition options and decided to choose and start with EduFirst Learning Centre Fernvale in July. The teachers have been very patient and helpful in guiding her, within short period of time, she rebuilt her confidence in these subjects and I saw the improvement in her. I recommend this centre as the environment is conducive and teachers are engaging and committed.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this learning centre! The staff are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about their students' success. The environment is welcoming and conducive to learning. I've seen significant improvement in my understanding and grades since joining. I highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for a nurturing and effective learning experience.

My son is attending EduFirst@fernvale for the student care service and just started on English tuition. The teachers are attentive and would highlight to us as and when they find that our child is not feeling well. The school holiday programme arranged are engaging and our child looks forward to go for the activities everyday during school holiday period. The teachers also guided him to do past year papers and assessment books during the after school hours even before we started him on English tuition there and we see progress specifically in his English and Chinese. We can see that although the teachers allocated free time for the kids to play, they are also strict in ensuring that they do not misbehave.

At Primary 6, I noticed that my daughter struggled with mathematics as she had problem answering various problem sums and she had just passed for the mid year exam paper, which is exceptionally lower than her expectations. She wanted help in pulling her grades back up for Prelims and Psle, thus she approached me, requesting me to help her find a tuition centre where she can improve on her maths. After searching through multiple tuition centres, I collated multiple options for her to choose, which ultimately, she decided to choose EduFirst Learning Centre (Fernvale). This was a decision she did not regret whatsoever. When she first joined, the lessons were hosted on zoom due to COVID-19. Although she was a newly-joined student, the current students and teachers welcomed her with open arms. Despite facing multiple challenges regarding online learning, she persevered though and she also found the lessons with the teacher engaging, fun and interactive. After a few weeks, the COVID-19 safety measurements were lightened and students could return to their respective tuition centres. That was her first time meeting face-to-face with her teacher. She felt a little nervous at first, but it did not take her long to adapt to the new environment. So not long after, it was time for Prelims examinations. With all the help and support she received from her teachers and friends, she managed to meet her target for the exams. She was super elated and that gave her motivation to strive and work harder for Psle to score even higher marks. By psle, she had achieved her goal, and even got 1 grade higher than the desired goal! She was super happy and she was grateful for all the help and support she received. Overall, all the teachers at the centre are very professional and engaging. They are also friendly towards their students and the best thing is about the own time own pace method they use where the students can work on their work themselves and if they have any questions, they can simply ask the teacher so that they can guide the students.
