Onboarding was good, but overall marketing ads dramatically underperformed. After expressing my concerns and wanting to pause to try and plot a different course, I was told I was under contract and not able to do so. So overall impression was they were more concerned about the contract than client experience. While they can’t guarantee results, which I understand, it was the lowest performing marketing campaign to date and I have many years of experience with digital marketing agencies. Sadly, I cannot recommend their services.
