I went to sell my brand-new phone, and the Edion staff wrongly claimed that the phone had a “defect” when it was actually just the protective plastic. Even after we pointed it out clearly, he refused to admit his mistake. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I went there to buy Smart phone and travel sim card. The sim card was cheaper than the Haneda Airport. But those people were not sure if the Smartphone worked abroad or not. So I didn't buy smartphone.
