21 February 2026, Saturday We had a wonderful experience at Eden. The staff kindly took the initiative to WhatsApp us beforehand so we could place our order in advance since we were coming for iftar, which was very thoughtful and convenient. They also made sure we had a lovely spot with a beautiful background to celebrate our son’s birthday. The food was delicious, the ambience was pleasant, and the service was excellent. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options. The outdoor area is perfect if you enjoy a natural setting, but if you prefer to avoid insects, the indoor seating may be more comfortable. Highly recommended for special occasions and gatherings.

We have heard quite a bit about the café located in Chinese Garden, but little did we know that Eden Café sits just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Cloud Pagoda, directly in front of Pagoda Plaza.Tourist Destinations Getting there by MRT is simple and convenient. Just alight at Chinese Garden station, cross the Chinese Garden Bridge, and turn right. For those who are driving, the walk is slightly longer as the recommended parking spot is the MSCP at Blk 354 Jurong East Ave 1. We arrived at Eden Café during sunset, and it turned out to be the perfect time to visit. A gentle breeze, warm sunlight, and the surrounding greenery created a very relaxing garden atmosphere. The exterior blends naturally with the park setting, while the interior of the café is kept modern, clean, and simple. As the sky gradually darkened, the ambience transformed into something equally charming. With the Cloud Pagoda lit up in the background, the café offered a completely different yet equally pleasant evening vibe. To cool ourselves down, we started with two refreshing drinks, the Lychee Pink Splash and Honey Grapefruit. The Lychee Pink Splash was a delightful mix of lychee fruit, strawberry, and calamansi, giving it a sweet yet tangy profile. The Honey Grapefruit was light, citrusy, and equally refreshing. From the All Day Brunch menu, we tried the Singapore Har Cheong Gai Waffles. The crispy shrimp paste fried chicken paired surprisingly well with waffles, garnished with fresh parsley. A drizzle of maple syrup tied the flavours together, making this a bold yet enjoyable and shareable dish. It was hard to ignore the local delights section of the menu, especially after spotting curry chicken and nasi lemak. We eventually decided on the Eden Nasi Lemak with Curry Chicken. The fragrant coconut rice was served warm, accompanied by tender curry chicken in a separate bowl, along with sliced cucumber, hard-boiled egg, sambal chilli, peanuts, and fried anchovies. It was comforting, satisfying, and flavourful. Sticking to the brunch selections, we also ordered the Creamy Avocado Buttermilk Fried Cod Fish Pasta. The fried cod fish sat atop pasta coated in a creamy avocado sauce, complemented by cherry tomatoes, yellow onions, salsa, and pea sprouts. The result was a rich and well-balanced pasta dish. Before leaving the café, we made sure to try their unique Coconut Ice Cream. Served in an actual coconut shell imprinted with “Eden,” the coconut ice cream was drizzled with gula melaka and sprinkled with crushed peanuts. On the side, fresh coconut juice from the fruit was served in a small glass, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, beyond its pleasant garden setting and scenic view of the Cloud Pagoda, the food at Eden Café was above average. It’s definitely a place I wouldn’t mind bringing friends to. The café is also halal-certified, making it a welcoming spot for many diners.

This place is so remote that you need to spend time navigating just to get there. Do not attempt to drive, as the parking is so freaking far away, as you'd need to park at an HDB car park and spend another 15 minutes of walking. The weather was scorching hot, and the assistant manager told me that indoor tables were not available. But she was fast enough to say, "Let me check if I can seat you in the indoor section." The air conditioner blowing inside wasn't too generous, and my partner and I had our lunch with perspiration. The menu looks tempting, but it was far from it in taste. The rendang bolognese was so diluted and had no taste. I would give it to the seafood tofu dish. That's the only dish that was worth paying for. The waiters serving your food make you feel that you're just another annoying customer who made them do more things, as they had to serve your food.

Visited Eden with a group of seven friends on a Saturday afternoon, and we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t crowded at all. We had originally booked outdoor seating since the indoor area was apparently full, but upon arrival, we were able to switch to indoor seating with no issue. Really appreciated that kind of flexibility—it made the experience even better. Set within a lush, garden-like environment, the space felt peaceful and serene—perfect for a relaxed catch-up over lunch. We ordered a variety of dishes across the menu, from pasta and toast to rice options. I went for their signature Eden Curry Chicken with Rice, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was tender, the curry gravy rich and full of flavour, and the level of spice was just right. A small but thoughtful touch—the chicken was already deboned—made it even more enjoyable (especially for someone like me who prefers a fuss-free meal!). Another highlight was the complimentary drinking water, with a cold option available, which was much appreciated in the warm weather. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. Definitely a spot I’d return to, especially to try more items on their menu.

Came as a walk in for my fiancés birthday, was sat outside but they kindly turned on the big fan for us! My fiancè got the Beef Rendang Nasi Lemak and unfortunately, the rice came hard .. We feedbacked to the staff, Simon and he kindly offered a replacement. The service recovery here is great :) I asked for a candle for our dessert and we got one! Along with the replacement dish, we got an extra dessert which was the waffle and gelato to celebrate his birthday. The staff, Simon and Khairul was super nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is great! We would come back for the drinks and desserts!
