I don't find pleasure placing a bad review unless if it's warranted. We received an invoice from them 20 days ago, made payment and up to now first payment not receipted. We made another one 3 days ago and its still not receipted. Domain now suspended and we had to resort to Gmail. No response online and on WhatsApp. Unacceptable.
Professional, great customer care and very efficient! My transition to your service was the best experience I have ever had, and I have worked with several service providers across the globe. Impossible to get a hold of, doesnt answer calls or emails. personally i wouldnt recommend you sign up. I have an overdue invoice that i have been trying to get sorted out with them for the last 2 months and no response. Even when you want to give them your money, seems like they dont want it.
These guys are the definition of 'poor service and unprofessionalism.' Once you purchase their services, you are on your own; they don't answer their phone or respond to customer queries. Prove me wrong: try calling them right now and see if anyone answers. Good luck
