I want to give a huge shoutout to my technician, Curtis! He’s always in a great mood, professional, and genuinely cares about doing an excellent job. He came out to assess an issue with a small wasp nest on my fence line and quickly removed the nest and comb. Instead of stopping there, he went above and beyond by performing a full service around my home, cleaning spider webs and spraying the entire perimeter. During the service, he found a large spider on my son’s jungle gym, and thankfully he took care of it before my family comes over for the 4th of July. Thanks to Curtis, we can enjoy the holiday weekend with one less thing to worry about. Thank you, Curtis, for your outstanding professionalism, positive attitude, and going the extra mile every visit. And happy belated birthday! We truly appreciate everything you do.

Cory did an outstanding job with our pest service. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clear away all of the spider webs around our home, which made a huge difference in the overall appearance of the property. He was attentive to detail, explained what he was doing, and made sure every area was addressed before finishing. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. If you’re lucky enough to have Cory as your pest technician, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

Amazing company! I am a long time customer of Ecoguard since 2020 and wouldn’t change a thing! All the technicians that serviced my house has been nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The most recent was regarding a wasp nest and Aaron did a great job on explaining the process and what to do to make sure I don’t have a wasp nest recurring again. Overall, definitely recommend! Keep doing what you all been doing! 👌🏼

Went with this company despite one neighbor saying they were great and another saying they had nothing but problems. For us, it has been nothing but problems. I had a lengthy conversation with the salesperson and set up service for ants, spiders, etc and gophers/moles/voles. The tech arrived saying his notes say he was only there to take care of ants and he did now know how to handle gophers. I called the office and was told "everyone knows how to handle gophers" and a second appt was set up to finish the job. Same tech arrived with a manager to be taught how to set up a gopher trap. One trap was placed. A couple days later, there was a bunch more activity, so I called on a Friday and was told they would come back the next Wednesday to set additional traps and more deterrent. They came today, once again, with notes that just said we needed a normal bug service....no gopher traps, no deterrent. I advised the tech what was supposed to be done, and he said he would have to come back another day. I also pointed out that in every other home we've owned, when we started service, we always saw dead bugs but have not seen a single one since they treated and we continue to see spiders, webs, ants, etc. I know they sprayed something during the first visit because our yard and house reeked (hopefully they used the natural stuff we asked for). I guess we need to start over with a competent company.

Jeremie has been servicing our house for years and is the absolute best! Very detailed/thorough in his work. He always addresses any concerns/issues we have and makes sure they're taken care of. EcoGuard is definitely the best choice for our family and pets!
