We’ve been EcoGen Pest Control customers for the past three years and have had a great experience with every technician who has serviced our home. We especially appreciate the reasonably priced, every-other-month treatments and the products they use. Gavin provided our most recent service and truly went above and beyond. I mentioned that he could avoid the front corner of the house because bees had been entering near our outdoor water lines. Instead of simply avoiding the area, Gavin offered a solution. He put on a protective bee suit, removed the access panel, found newly formed honeycomb, and treated the area in hopes of stopping the swarm we had acquired. So far, his treatment seems to have worked, and we’ll be cleaning up the area this weekend. I really appreciate that Gavin took the initiative to explain what could be done and offer a course of action, especially since I didn’t realize this type of additional help could be included in our treatments. EcoGen has been a great service experience. The technician, Diego, is always upbeat and friendly. He explains exactly what he is going to do and does a great job. I work from home, and often have morning meetings. I just let him know and he is quiet as a church mouse while he works. I’ve had other services that are playing music or on the phone while I am trying to get work done. 100% would recommend Diego and EcoGen.

Stephen was the most exceptional tech I’ve ever had from EcoGen/Las Vegas pest. He was knowledgeable, courteous, confident and spoke and dressed like a professional. I had received an email from the company explaining their mosquito abatement program. I was very interested so I answered their email, but never heard back from them. Stephen explained all about the program to me, the set up, the process, whether there would be any harm to my pets and the cost. I enrolled in the program and we’ll see how it goes. I appreciate having an exceptional employee like Stephen come to my house for regular Pest Control and to set up a new service. Thank you, Stephen.

Vinnie is outstanding! He has been servicing our home for several years now, so long I can’t remember. He feels like a neighbor and friend. I love the product being safe and effective.
