I am not a customer of Eco Web but I am someone who will when I am ready for these types of services go anywhere else. The amount of times I get called by them on the weekly. And no matter how many times I have asked that they stop calling me, it continues. I got told that I can always block the number... I should not need to block the number if I have constantly asked not to be called. If this is the kind of treatment someone gets when they are prospecting, obviously not listening to people, I wonder if their services are any better? STOP CALLING ME

I have had to change my rating from 5 stars to 1 because the website we got was second rate and lacked a modern day feel and they were still unable to change this in spite of us paying for more development days. Moreover, we were paying them via debit order and upon canceling with them due to bad service, they then came up with some ridiculous amount of money that needed to be paid before we could successfully terminate our contract with them claiming that there were some forgotten debits from their end that dated back to about a year prior to us canceling. It was a whole back and forth and thank God we owned our domain name otherwise they would have kept that too!
