Situated just a little ways from the CBD, ECL Mall is a well placed and well organized Mall. With a hotel next door and a vast array of shops on site it is the closest thing to one stop shopping on the Copperbelt, from baby stores, hardware, restaurants etc it boasts a vast square footage. It is however sad to note that most of the mall still remains vacant, large parts of the building are empty. There is no shortage of parking at ECL, with both open and basement parking available and spread out across the building.

Good place. No congestion. Food lovers is there and choppies. A lot of parking space with security.
