A company, "if you can call it that," is utter pettiness and tyranny. You sell shoddy goods and don't have the courage to accept it. SHUT UP!

I'm very happy with my new gaming chair. It's comfortable. The padding keeps me comfortable even after hours of use. It's aesthetically pleasing. Assembly was quick and easy, and the chair is quite durable. I recommend it.

Try contacting them for an Amazon return and you'll understand why I gave it one star (besides the fact that you can't give it zero).

I purchased a chandelier. A piece of the chandelier was missing. A decorative piece. I waited two months, during which the seller promised to fix it, but twice they sent pieces that weren't missing. They were playing dumb and fooling me. By now, the chandelier is already assembled with the missing decorative piece. And now, after having assembled it for over a month, they're offering a refund with a return. Wouldn't it have been easier to double-check that all the pieces were in the package? It seems like it's not a job for them, but a hobby. I've sent photos of the piece several times, and they've sent back random glass plates! Judge from the photo. What's missing? I recommend ordering from others. Avoid.
