I am writing this review to explicitly warn other entrepreneurs. With Eazyonline, a turnaround time of 3–4 weeks was agreed upon for my webshop. In reality, the process took more than 7-8 months. During this period, communication was consistently poor, and I repeatedly had to chase up agreements and basic adjustments myself. The webshop was eventually delivered, but not at the level one would expect from a functional basic webshop. Multiple independent developers have confirmed that the technical foundation is insufficient and that a great deal of extra work is required to make the webshop function properly and stably. Despite these findings, Raphael and Martijn, the owners of Eazyonline, continued to insist that the project had been executed correctly and completely. The completion of the project was extremely difficult. Instead of thinking along with the content, the focus was primarily on legal threats/responses and references to contracts and terms and conditions. The extreme delays and technical shortcomings were barely acknowledged. During this conflict, the webshop was even temporarily made inaccessible, which had a direct impact on my business operations. I made significant investments in equipment, inventory, and preparation during this process, expecting the webshop to function correctly and on time. That trust was not justified. My experience with Raphael and Martijn as managers at Eazyonline is that they take little responsibility for the final result and primarily act contractually when problems arise. My advice: Be very critical before doing business with this party. Document everything in writing, have agreements reviewed beforehand, and be prepared for lengthy processes and disputes afterwards. Personally, I would not recommend Eazyonline.
