I used to be satisfied with Goodline, but over the past year, the quality of service has noticeably declined. The internet has become unstable—recently there was a glitch for almost an hour, without explanation or apology. I still haven't received a response to my previous request: more than 10 days have passed, and they simply told me it was "impossible to determine the cause." The customer support is now nothing but irritating. To reach a live operator, I have to fight for hours with the virtual assistant "Lena," who almost never helps. It used to be possible to get through in a couple of seconds, but now it's a test of patience. I was particularly disappointed with "Bolshoye TV"—some films that were previously included in the subscription are now paid, and to watch them as before, you have to pay an additional 399 rubles. Meanwhile, Goodline's rates are still significantly higher than those of its competitors. It's a shame that a company that once stood out for its stability and excellent service is now losing the trust of its customers.

We've been using the internet and TV for over a year now, and everything's stable and trouble-free. The speed is good, and I'm especially pleased that it doesn't drop in the evenings. New releases are frequently added to the film library, and there's no extra charge for watching, which is convenient. The internet is suitable for both work and entertainment; everything loads quickly. Overall, the service works as expected, without any issues.

I used a different provider before, but the speed often dropped. With this provider, I have no such issues. The internet is stable, without any outages. I was pleasantly surprised that YouTube works perfectly even on a smartphone via Wi-Fi. The Big TV set-top box has everything you need: VK videos, Rutube, and a large movie catalog. It's convenient to pay through the app.

Disrespectful customer service! My internet went down, I called support, and they said they couldn't fix it, so I had to wait for a technician to arrive in TWO days!!! They cited the contract, which supposedly says they can fix the problem in up to three days... Meanwhile, the website states that troubleshooting and service are completed within an hour... Basically, think twice before connecting, or you'll be without internet for two or three days.
