I had the opportunity to interview. The president met with me, and he was someone who could see my career in three dimensions, rather than just based on paper. He was someone who sincerely considered "what kind of potential lies dormant" and "what kind of direction should we give him to lead to the future," and I felt that he was someone who would provide future benefits rather than just short-term benefits. He was such a charming person that I thought, "It would be fun to work with this president at this company..." and it is an attractive company.

When I went for an interview previously, the president himself interviewed me, and I remember being surprised because he saw through my past experience and way of thinking and saw through things that were bothering me that I hadn't even realized myself. He has the ability to see into people's true nature, and I felt like I wanted to work with someone like him! Also, I felt that this is a company where not only regular employees but also housewives are increasingly given opportunities to thrive! Although I only saw a few interactions, I think it's a very easy company to work for because the relationship between employees and the president is close.

I visited for a part-time job interview. I was nervous because it was an interview, but the person was cheerful and friendly, and I was able to talk to them without feeling stressed. I was impressed by how seriously and humorously they responded to my poor explanation. I think the interview was held in such an atmosphere that I was able to ask questions that might be a little difficult to ask in an interview without feeling nervous. I visited for a part-time job interview. I had a very pleasant conversation with the president, regardless of whether I was hired or not. He gave me lots of advice, like "If you're interested, why not study this?", and it was a great experience.

I recently had a web interview for a part-time job. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. After talking, I was able to decide whether or not to work there after they explained the job details thoroughly. They respected my thoughts and feelings and acted to help me move in the best direction. Since it might seem suspicious if everything is positive (like my own experience), if I were to mention something that surprised me, it seems they prefer female applicants for part-time positions. The reason is understandable once you hear it. Considering all of the above, I gave it 4 stars, but since the interview was nothing but positive, I would definitely recommend that anyone considering applying should go ahead and apply.
