They initially presented themselves as professionals, earning our trust, but as soon as the project started, the first red flags appeared with the poor quality of their work. From that point onward, things only got worse. The project turned out to be completely unusable for its intended purpose as a high-traffic website. The problems began during the development phase and persisted for a full year afterward, during which was necessary to deal with fixing issues and completely recoding the entire project. To make matters worse, they charged for services that were either not completed or were completed entirely wrong and with poor quality. These disruptions not only affected our partners but also significantly impacted our company, as we bore the responsibility for the recommendation. Their shortcomings nearly ruined our relationship with our partners and created substantial challenges for both our partners and our business. We would not recommend DVC Solutions and their services to anyone seeking reliability and professionalism.
