They never offered me a marketing plan from the beginning. I contacted them again after a few weeks to reiterate my concerns, and once again, they haven't followed up or responded. It's very disappointing that they lack professionalism. I hope they address this issue. Poor customer service. P.S. Another suggestion: learn to receive suggestions/complaints. It's important to be grateful when customers offer their perspective instead of taking offense.
