My name is Daren and I want to warn you about Du Hosting. Their support is horrendous, the lady called Lucy Vicent lacks the actual knowledge of domains and the system they operate. I sent a long ticket request and gave actual instructions on what to do, she completely ignored it. Her responses are 1 liners until the moment I mentioned about coming to Google and contacting the Tanzanian registry then she all of a sudden gave me a long description and actually admitted what I wanted can be done where before she was playing dumb. I was a client from 2023 on promises of a WHMCS Module and to this day they have lied to me about it so Du hosting is a untrustworthy company. STAY AWAY. My Ticket number is #Case DS467610

I bought some domains using Duhosting. Their website is decent, I see room for improvement but I remember I used it before and it was much slower, so I'm happy they are improving the service. The customer support is very good. Also the pricing is very good compared to other services, I tried some other companies and they charge 100,000 + 5,000 transaction fees but they charge 90,000 with no added transaction fees which I find very nice, it's a lot of savings when you get a lot of domains. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because for a company related with technology, I would expect you to have online payment and not paying and waiting until you see my message or see the transaction to activate my domains, it should be instant.

Not reliable at all! 2 outages lasting more than 24 hours within the space of 6 months. No notification to customers, no assistance provided, false promises. Choose them as your hosting provider at your own peril!
