The company's service is unbelievably awful. If you're not "important," they completely ignore you, don't answer the phone, and don't reply to emails. If you're an SME, I absolutely do not recommend them. One of the worst business experiences of my life. Be warned, they're wonderful at first, but then...

I'm very disappointed and saddened to have to edit a review from so long ago, as Duacode initially understood our needs, showing a positive attitude and impeccable understanding. However, after some time with them, their attitude and management changed, and not for the better. First off, I'm surprised by the response given to my partner and the owner of our company in a review he wrote, implying that they don't know him or that he's not their contact for our company, when there are three partners, one of them (Francisco) and another (me). Therefore, the review you wrote, giving your opinion on the treatment and management, was written by one of the partners… The help mentioned in that review was offered to us by you; we didn't request it on our own. You explained that the administrative management was Duacode's responsibility, not ours. Had we been responsible for that management, we probably would have reconsidered due to a lack of time and expertise. Therefore, I am extremely surprised that you accuse us of doing you a favor by managing this... On the other hand, after numerous calls and emails to your company, we are still waiting for a reply to the emails we have sent, as well as for the manager, Álvaro, to return any of the countless calls and emails I have personally sent him. I no longer know if he has some kind of problem or issue with me, since I can't find an explanation for why he hasn't returned a single call (it saddens me even more to think this because, in addition to our professional relationship, we have a close friendship...). Adding to the fact that my calls and emails are not answered or returned, the company's sales representative does call me to continue offering and selling me the company's products... Because of the great affection I have for you personally, I prefer to think that this isn't a scam on your part. And no, neither this review nor my partner's is the product of a momentary outburst or anger. These are the result of our attempts to speak with you or meet with you, to get you to reply to an email or a call—all of this for over a year! I must, of course, highlight Elena's professionalism and attentiveness. She's the only person who has answered our calls or emails during all this time, but unfortunately, many of the tasks we needed at the time were beyond her control, as her position is in administration. I don't know who responds to these reviews, but if it's you, Álvaro, I'm making one more appeal (it's ridiculous that I have to do it through Google) to ask if you would be so kind as to return one of my calls. Communication is key, especially when there is (or was, I don't know anymore, you'll have to tell me) a wonderful friendship between us, and both my family and I hold you in high regard.
