I hired Ruben for my law practice PPC. He put me on an automatic weekly billing schedule on the first day. For the next 4 weeks he proceeded to bill me for his "services" while delivering absolutely no results or deliverables. He wasted my time and money, and didn't provide any results. If you engage him, my recommendation is to pay for deliverables or actual milestones instead of his time. Otherwise he will just place you on autobilling and drag out the clock to earn more money for himself.
