Software might be ok, but waiting for support for more than 12 days. No help. The given phone number does not work for the last few months... just really disappointed because one year ago we did not have thos issues !!
Great Software , Amazing support! We were able to get up and running with DreamRobot using minimal effort. So far we have able to get all features we need to run on multiple marketplaces like Amazon, ebay and Kaufland.

It used to be great, but for about two years now it's been a complete disaster. Beginners might not notice, but as advanced users, more and more features and data are missing, bugs are piling up, and have been stuck in "under investigation" status for over six months. We're forced to look for something new.
