Terrible service and dishonest behaviour. We’re a small business looking to grow, so we contacted Dream Digital to design a new website. Their sales pitch was convincing, and we trusted they’d deliver something professional. Once we paid, things went downhill. They basically copied our old site instead of building something new. When we raised concerns, we were met with silence. No replies to emails, no updates, nothing. It feels like they’ve taken our deposit and walked away. They only bother to reply publicly on reviews, never privately to actual customers. That says everything about how they operate - they care more about appearances than fixing issues. Be careful. Their positive reviews look suspicious. I strongly advise avoiding Dream Digital unless you want the same frustration.
