I am a hospitality student at Florence University of the Arts and have had the pleasure of taking two courses taught by Marco De La Pierre, DotFlorence's Marketing Manager. The most recent course, E-Marketing in the Hospitality Industry, was very informative and relevant. It's great that he works in the field he's teaching about as he's able to apply what we're taught in class to real life situations and examples. It gives us a better understanding on the class material and I can really tell he is passionate about his work through his teaching style!

As a student at FUA (Florence University of the Arts) I have had the pleasure of having Marco De Le Pierre as a professor, and judging by his teaching methods and enthusiasm I can only imagine how much that passes on to his profession! One of the best professors I've had thus far!

Thanks to the Florence University of the Art and the well connected dotflorence lab for the opportunity to visit Palazzo Castri 1874 a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. I get to learn so many new approaches about the guest service in the hospitality industry. The hotel has professional staff and new ideas like a complimentary ready to use smart phone for the guest, swimming pool, steam, hammam, amazing spa and many more for the guest to experience. Professional staff to take care of every guests need.

FUA Florence University of the Arts - Palazzo Castri Through the connection between dotFlorence and Florence University of the Arts I had the pleasure of visiting numerous hospitality businesses throughout the city. One in particular, Palazzo Castri, a beautiful boutique hotel, embodying the level of luxury and elegant personality that I wish to pursue in my own personal career path. We toured the property and learned of its state of the art amenities, and immensely stunning outdoor garden. The Director of Operations, Chiara, gave us her time and answered any and all questions we had about every aspect of the hotel. I'm incredibly thankful to have had such an experience, thank you both dotFlorence and FUA, Florence University of the Arts.
