I've been using their services since September 2021 to purchase some .id domains. Activations were quick, but there are lacks of tech documentations and domain management features especially for integration to outlook365 and domain .id forwarding. Recently bought a hosting package for one of the domains, but I've been experiencing issue with all DNS setting from the domain and until now the WP installed still couldn't be accessed due to the issue. Email support was fine, but the instruction sometimes not clear. Because of this I decided to call their number, however the receptionist I called was very rude, she rejected my request to speak to the support. It's like talking to walls, and no solutions for days.
hai i am using domain asia for the past 2 years and we always have problem of sending/receiving email. we have reported the issue many times to domainasia and teky always complain back saying IP reputation dari telkom itu kurang bagus. i believed dthem and started complaining to telkom. telkom says no issue from their end. i use cbn at home and xl for my office. no issue of sending email and receiving email. if from the same computer if i use different hosting no issue in sending email and receiving email. until today the issue could not be resolved and no one willing to help via telephone. they only talk about ticket and via support chat. my very bad experience with domainasia. any body using telkom cek twice before going to domain asia
