Doelbewust is a professional and knowledgeable online marketing agency. They offer valuable input, develop clear strategies, and have helped us improve our online visibility. We especially appreciate their results-oriented approach and their ability to deliver customized solutions. Communication is generally good, although it could sometimes be a bit faster or more proactive. Nevertheless, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and we consider the collaboration valuable. We definitely recommend them to companies serious about investing in their online growth.

I canceled my annual contract with Doelbewust over a month ago because communication had been poor for several months (they barely responded to my emails. One email from July 26th wasn't even answered until the end of October...). I waited a month to write this review to try to figure out what SEO work had actually been done on my website over the past 11 months. Ultimately, it seems that Doelbewust focused primarily on link building, but neglected the website itself, despite my initial request for help. Too many things went wrong in 11 months, but I'll try to keep this short. I had an independent audit of my website performed, and the following findings emerged: - Many of the website URLs are not indexed in Google ● The keyword is not present in the meta description, which is required for good SEO ● Some meta descriptions are too short and don't provide enough information about the page. Length should be 150-160 characters (ideal limit) ● Some meta descriptions don't contain the primary target keyword for the page. Later, it also turned out that Google isn't properly recognizing the meta data of many of my web pages. Only on a single page does Google recognize the meta text from SEOPress Pro (installed by Doelbewust), while on other pages the old meta text I entered via Yoast is still present, and on yet other pages, Google creates its own meta text. ● Some title tags are too long and may be truncated in search results. For example: Tour along the ancient Bolivian Trade Route Page 1 of 0 - Fairtravel4u Bolivia Trade Route The last part of this title: "Page 1 of 0 - Fairtravel4u Bolivia Trade Route" was added to my Mata titles by Doelbewust... ● Multiple H1s on some pages; it's not recommended to have more than one H1 on each page. - My website's mobile score was 31, which is also far too low. I'll leave it at that, but in short, almost everything points to Doelbewust apparently having little interest in working on my website. Too bad. Martijn

Doelbewust redesigned my website for Totaal Fit a month ago. I've always had excellent communication and received a quick response to my questions. Technical questions (which I don't understand at all) from people like the copywriter and photographer were handled directly, with me in the CC. That was really helpful. I'm thrilled with the final result.

Spent nearly 7,000 euros directly at Doelbewust. And paid approximately 2,400 euros for the Google AdWords campaigns they set up for us. Unfortunately, this did not yield the results we had hoped for. I called Vincent (the owner) beforehand, which gave me a lot of confidence, but I lost that confidence over the course of months. Time from the monthly marketing hours budget was even used to answer my question via email. For instance, answering just one of my emails cost about 50 euros (including VAT). And they even charged me for a phone call I made, in which I pointed out an error on my website for which I held them responsible. Not everything went wrong, hence 2 stars. This is certainly not the online marketing company I would recommend. Update: Downgraded to 1 star. I had Doelbewust write copy that went live on the website. Gross errors were made in it. Incorrect prices were promised for the product they had written that copy about. And the copy delivered no value whatsoever in terms of being found online for my website. Furthermore, in the source code of our website, they refer to themselves with the text author/doelbewust and title Messages from Doelbewustonline marketing. Which is also not polite.
