While some aspects are positive, I've noticed serious areas for improvement within your programming team. Every time I contact you to check on progress, the recurring response is that you're overwhelmed with work. This not only creates the perception that projects aren't being properly monitored but also indicates a lack of internal planning. It seems you're constantly accepting new projects without guaranteeing the completion of those already underway. Furthermore, the constant mention of being overwhelmed gives the impression that the work you're doing is a favor rather than a contracted service, which can be frustrating for a client. If you're truly overloaded, you need to address the root of the problem: either by hiring more programmers, optimizing your internal processes, or simply ceasing to accept more work than you can handle.
