We had hoped for Hong Ray to approach the PSLE with more consistency, as he had been scoring in the 70+ range in Primary 5. Teacher Daniel’s writing guidance made a clear difference. He helped Hong Ray present his ideas more clearly and stay focused on the theme, which used to be a challenge. Over time, we saw him grow more confident in handling composition. With this progress, he became more steady overall and eventually pushed his scores into the 80s, finishing with an AL3 for PSLE. We are thankful for Teacher Daniel’s support and for his quick replies whenever we need help or clarification too.

I’ve been attending english lessons with teacher daniel for 6 years, from upper primary through secondary school. His long term support and guidance made a big difference, especially during major exam periods. Teacher Daniel helped me set clear targets to improve my english rather than rushing the process. I also found that the O level workshop I attended has helped me build up my confidence before sitting for the actual O level papers. Under his guidance, I’ve seen consistent results, from achieving an AL3 for PSLE to securing an A for O level english. I am very grateful for his mentorship!

Teacher Daniel is a truly no-nonsense teacher who gives clear and accurate feedback on my son’s progress. He is always willing to discuss challenges openly and work through practical solutions when issues arise. Initially, we were hoping for my son to achieve a Grade 3 (min requirement for PFP), but it did not come easily and he struggled along the way. Despite this, Teacher Daniel never gave up on him and remained consistent in his guidance and support. Thankfully, by the N-Levels, my son secured a Grade 2 (better than we've expected) and qualified for PFP. We are very grateful! Beyond teaching, Teacher Daniel also provides thoughtful guidance on academic pathways, helping us to see the full picture and understand what needs to be done to move forward with clarity and confidence. I signed my daughter Hayden up for English lessons with Teacher Daniel after her cousin, who was his student, highly recommended him. We had seen huge improvement in her cousin as well, who went from struggling during English lessons in secondary school to securing an A for General Paper at the A-Levels. What started out as English support gradually became more than that. Through Teacher Daniel, we were connected to a reliable network of teachers who also supported Hayden in other subjects such as Chinese and both Mathematics. This holistic support made a meaningful difference in her overall learning journey. We are very grateful to Teacher Daniel and his team for their dedication and guidance, which contributed significantly to Hayden achieving excellent O-Level results, with 5 As.

When I started lessons, I really struggled with English and lacked confidence in school. So, I am very grateful to Teacher Daniel for giving me structure in how to approach the subject. At first, it was challenging because I was not used to following steps, as I had never thought of English as a process-driven subject. Over time though, I realised that this method helped me improve more effectively, as I could clearly see which areas I needed support in and address them accordingly. Teacher Daniel was also very responsive, so I could get assistance even after class instead of waiting until the next lesson. With his help, I improved from consistently scoring C grades to achieving an A2 for English at the O-Levels. This played a big role in helping me qualify for junior college!
