I wasn’t really thinking to write review, but I wanted to say something because the experience with DMA helped us in QBAS. When we start building the company, honestly our logistics side was all over the place… last-mile, COD, systems not fully ready, many things moving same time. Branding was something we didn’t focus on at beginning, and we didn’t know exactly what we need. First meeting with DMA was different. They asked many questions and some of them we even didn’t have answer for. In that moment I realise we are not prepared in brand side at all. They listened a lot and didn’t try to push anything on us. The result came better than I expected. Not perfect story, but it make sense and everything start to look one direction: identity, profile, website also. When we meet clients after that, they understand the company faster and they take us more serious. Also I want to say this… we push DMA many times with changes and short time, and they manage it without problem. No drama, no “we can’t do this”. Just doing the work. If someone in Qatar want to build brand in good way (new or fixing old one), I really recommend them. They make our job easier in QBAS.
