They repaired my laptop hinge very well. While I was at the shop, the staff guided me through the repair process and clearly explained how they would fix my laptop. Even though the laptop base was damaged, they still found a way to repair it properly. The staff at DJV were very accommodating and kind. They also cleaned my laptop as part of the service, and they even gave me a mug, which I really appreciated.

As someone with a 6-year-old gaming laptop, it’s hard to find trusted professionals who can handle repairs and source rare parts. I found Good DJV through a Facebook group and was impressed by their professional approach from the start. During the assessment, Sir David clearly explained why certain parts were malfunctioning, which made me feel at ease. They were able to find a supplier for my gaming laptop parts (which are not easy to source). Although it took about two weeks due to laptop parts supplier’s logistics issues, they were very responsive to follow-ups. Before releasing the unit, they thoroughly tested everything (mic, camera, etc.) and made sure it was fully working. Even though I traveled 30 minutes to their shop, it was absolutely worth it. I finally felt confident that my laptop was in good hands—unlike past experiences with quick “band-aid” repairs elsewhere. Highly recommended!
