I am sharing my personal experience as a client of over two years to provide a different perspective than the high volume of 5-star reviews this agency maintains. In my opinion, as a digital marketing company, they are far more skilled at managing their own online reputation than they were at managing my business's growth. During our two-year tenure, my experience was defined by several key issues: • Inconsistent Support: In my view, the internal culture seems unstable. We were forced to onboard and re-explain our business goals to four different customer liaison officers because key staff members kept leaving. I felt like we were constantly starting from scratch while the billing remained a constant. • The "Upsell" Strategy: Whenever results stalled, the recommendation I received was almost always to increase my budget. From my perspective, it felt like a "pay-to-play" system where my actual ROI was secondary to how much I was willing to spend. • Prioritization of "Big" Clients: It is my honest belief that if you aren't one of their highest-spending accounts, you are not a priority. I felt duped by the initial enthusiasm and friendliness, which in my experience, faded once the contract was signed. • Response to Criticism: Most concerning to me is how they handle negative feedback. Based on my interactions, they appear to use the threat of legal action to discourage clients from speaking out about their experiences. I find this practice highly disappointing for a company that prides itself on transparency. I would advise any business owner to be extra careful and look past the 5-star rating. In my personal opinion, the service did not match the polished image they project.
