I am very disappointed with the customer service at DigiWorld Advertising – Galle branch. The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Especially the reception girls were not kind, not welcoming, and showed no basic humanity when with customers. They were not helpful, did not communicate properly, and the service was extremely slow. There was no sense of urgency or responsibility. As a customer, I expected polite behavior and quick service, but unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service standards, especially at the reception level, because first impressions matter a lot.
Excellent professional service. Even offered a design service for the business cards and mug designs. Very satisfied as they were able to meet my requests in a very short time to take the products to business meetings in the UK.

Very poor service for digital printing. The staff do not seem to care about customers at all. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would choose it, but unfortunately Google Maps requires a minimum of one star. They also delivered the wrong output, which shows a lack of attention and responsibility. Customer service is extremely poor — both the manager and the counter staff behave unprofessionally. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable digital printing services.
