Even after multiple followups with them, i never got to know what went wrong. That is why I gave it a 1-star rating. Update (16 February 2026): After posting this review, the management contacted me regarding the matter and also responded publicly. To clarify, my concern has never been about results. It has been about the absence of a structured post-campaign review or detailed explanation despite repeated follow-ups in 2024 and up to January 2025, where I specifically requested clarity on what went wrong. Regarding the statement that the project was discontinued from my end, I had requested a detailed review before proceeding further. As of today, I have not received a structured explanation addressing those concerns. This rating reflects that specific experience and timeline. I remain open to a professional discussion if clarity is provided.
