Digital Silk is at least the third web dev and marketing agency we have worked with and, by far, the absolute best! We have been thrilled with their insights and ideas for our rebranding and website dev, along with their campaigns for our ongoing marketing. Working with Digital Silk has been a fantastic experience. I was looking for an agency to do a custom web design and I was set on another agency, but I still had a call scheduled with Digital Silk. I engaged in a conversation with Digitalsilk to build a new website for our company. The conversation started good, but I wasn't comfortable with their answers for keywords and their request for full payment upfront. So, when I questioned both, I received an email from them saying that they have already answered my questions about keywords, and "If the payment terms aren’t a good fit for you, I completely understand if you’d prefer to explore other options." I have never experienced this kind of rude behavior discussing terms and conditions. Obviously, I am pulling out and looking elsewhere because I am worried that if this is their approach when they don't have our money, how will they deal with the potential website issues after it is developed and they have been paid in full already. Huge waste of time and disappointment.

Very poor experience. Had our project turned over to multiple people. After $25,000 months of frustrating lack of communication we got a half done website. Generic and incomplete. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Digital Silk was an expensive frustrating waste of time and money.
