Our company website needed a major update and we decided to look for a new web design company to help us. I interviewed a few and we decided to go with Digital Silk. It was the best decision we could have made. From the beginning the customer service was exceptional. Thomas Quinn our sales representative set the tone then once we committed he helped us transition to Mariana Carballo who started managing our project and because she was so amazing was promoted and we were transitioned to another great person, Silvio Ghedin. We didn't create a few pages that weren't included in our contract and Silvio went above and beyond and created them for us. Also the Jamie Maloney the client partner VP was always available with extra support whenever we needed it. I would highly recommend Digital Silk for any Website design needs. They are quick, efficient and the process was smooth. Now that our website is updated we are continuing to partner with them to help us with our marketing needs.
