I could not be happier with Digital Nova for both results and value. They delivered everything exactly as described and it was a pleasure to work with them. While we've previously relied on their abilities in web design, our latest project, the AI agent implementation was what made me leave this review. Our system was not at all ready for this implementation and Nova's team went into the depth of our system design to make the tool work - allowing us to eliminate a headcount in operations with a simple tool. They also guaranteed success with follow up and support until the human error inside our organisation was handled. I will 100% work with them on our next AI project. While many consultancies can deliver what you ask for, Digital Nova delivered what we actually needed, adding even more value than we initially realised we needed.

Great experience developing a new automation for our business, learned how our business worked in-depth, created SOPs and processes before setting up an automation system for a smooth ordering system.
