Bob is the best trainer I've ever met, provided very lively, informative, and structured training. Always generous and open to share knowledge, hands-on experience and case study on field. Not to mention Anna's unwavering support and service for the customer. Always attentive to all questions, give on time reminder before training and excellent follow-up after training. Their lifetime assistance is a truly realised promise, they are constantly providing assistance and solutions to me as difficulties arise along the learning journey even long time after training. Even years after training, they has been of great assistance to me.

Attended online digital marketing training by Bob over 2 weekends. Despite different levels of proficiency in the group, trainer is able to ensure that everyone understands and able to follow through. Spending additional time during the break to help some to catch up. Digital marketing skill is very relevant today, disregard the age group or profession you are in. It is to know how technology has evolved and is in our daily life. Highly recommended.
