My Questions 1. If the web development part is not included in your scope, then why did you tell us to take all the access from the old developer and move everything to your hosting? Who was supposed to handle the development part...me? I even have chats where you mentioned, “I am working on it, trying to fix the bugs.” 2. Even if I accept your claim that web development is not your responsibility (which itself is illogical), your job was to manage the ad account. So, for whom were you planning to run ads? On what basis did you start or suggest starting ads when you clearly knew the website had multiple issues? 3. Sometimes you say, “These changes are not possible,” and suddenly you say, “Let me check again.” What is this? Are you sure you are a web developer/digital marketer? Or are all your Google reviews fake? 4. If the website part is not your responsibility, did you ever tell us clearly? Did you mention any extra charges? You have full access to everything, and now you say it’s not part of your domain? This is unbelievable. 5. Regarding the changes you claim are “not possible,” I bet every single thing is possible,you just don’t know how to fix it. 6. You say you “worked for two months.” Can you please explain what exactly you worked on? Tasks that take a few minutes take you days to fix,only because you don’t know how to do them. And now, after dragging this for two months, you are asking us to pay for the next month? “Please verify the skills, experience, and responsibilities of any agency before assigning a project. Many individuals today claim to be full-service agencies without having the required expertise.”

We gave this project to your team purely based on Google reviews, but the experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. I genuinely don’t understand in which field you are experts, because in our case we received nothing except a loss of ₹23,000. We had clearly assigned you the project of running ads in the USA market. Initially you acted very professional, but later your suggestions became extremely generic,something even ChatGPT could do better. We even took all access from our old developer and handed everything over to Mr. Rakesh and his “team”. You call it a team, but I don’t think there are more than two people,Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Bikas. I have no issue with that, but the work quality must match the claims. Our existing website is made in PHP, which is a basic and common language, yet you could not fix the bugs. After taking this project 2 months ago, the site still has issues. Despite knowing this, you still started Meta Ads with a budget of ₹5,000. Later you said tracking is not possible on the current site. My simple question is: If the website had issues, on what basis did you start Meta Ads? Just to waste money? Many times Mr. Rakesh said certain things cannot be changed with coding. Sometimes he said “let me check again”. This shows a lack of clarity and expertise. And yesterday, during an argument, he said “the website part was not discussed earlier; it’s not our job.” This is completely baseless. You asked us to take all access from the old developer. You uploaded the site on your hosting. So who is responsible for the site? If it was not your part, you could have clearly charged extra. But you did not. Even if I accept your illogical statement that the website is not your responsibility, then again: On what basis did you run ads while the site had issues? Is this your level of expertise? Regarding my individual website: You were given access to run Google Ads. I already had a successful ad account, but I still gave you the access because my old developer had issues with deadlines, and I wanted to manage everything at one place. But you failed here as well. You copied all data from my old Google Ads account and simply created a new campaign. I got one order on the next day and then everything collapsed. When I asked about it, Mr. Bikas said, “I am facing issues in tracking”, which is completely illogical. After discussing with my old developer, I gave him access again, and now the ads are performing very well. It is clear that this agency might have expertise in some specific area, but definitely not in PHP websites or running ads in the US market. You simply took the money and delivered nothing. When I asked for a refund, you replied that you have been “working for 2 months” and didn’t charge anything for your “work”. What type of work are you referring to? Wasting money in experiments—Is that called work? Running ads while the website had issues—Is that called work? Having all access and then saying “website part is not ours”—Is this the quality of work in 2 months? I requested a call, but there has been no callback yet. Are only you guys busy? I have many other points where I can show that you do not have proper knowledge. In fact, I myself addressed your basic mistakes, even though I am not from a coding background.

“They have not delivered the work they promised. When I asked for a refund, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they started demanding more money without resolving anything. They also do not listen to the client’s concerns and avoid genuine discussions. Extremely disappointing experience and highly unprofessional behaviour.”
