Honestly this company are absolutely fabulous to work with. The Digital Duck are fast to react to issues and nothing is too much trouble for them. We have been using both their Parcelforce and now their new FedEx shipping plugins for Woo Commerce for a while and they just work. No messing about here, its plug and play - I can not recommend this company highly enough. We use them on our Byretech and Sleep Earthed websites all day every day. Brilliant ! I contacted Digital Duck as I wanted to use a local company. I had a specific requirement that I was looking for to improve my website. Toby was extremely helpful when I described what I was looking to have done and followed my brief to perfection, adding a couple of things that I hadn't thought of. Within 2 days he had completed the work I asked him to do and I couldn't have hoped for a better service. The coding he did for me was exactly as I requested and very easy to work with on my antiquated web software. After he had completed his work he still continued to offer me support. Sometimes it can feel like IT related people are speaking another language (or at least it does to me). However with Digital Ducks they couldn't have made things easier. Toby replied in minutes, sorted the problem out in no time at all (despite others telling me it was a huge problem that would take days to sort out!) and were so so reasonably priced.
