After a promising start to our collaboration on a website relaunch, the quality deteriorated significantly over time. Changing contacts, long response times, and differing expectations regarding design and quality were the main points of criticism. Despite repeated attempts, none of these criticisms were addressed – on the contrary, our own work was consistently considered perfect and billed in full. The result: the website never went live, and we paid a very high price for this lesson.
