We had the center differential replaced in a manual transmission. The staff, both service engineers and repair people, were highly qualified. Special thanks to the repair people (Alexey). They found three defects, two of which were fixed, and one was placed under review for a more precise determination. As for the 4 stars instead of 5, that's because it's for the "upper" management, as it's unacceptable (in my personal opinion) for a Subaru company with a worldwide reputation to be stuck in such conditions. I wish all the best to the guys working there.

An amazing dealership. Entrance is through the Porsche dealership. Today, Saturday, there's only one manager at the dealership, who has to be called through Porsche representatives. When asked to see a Subaru representative, the Porsche girl contacted the Subaru manager and was told he was busy with a client. The question remains: what kind of dealership is this that doesn't have its own showroom and only has one employee? Any interest in the brand's models vanished the moment I walked in.

Disgusting. The mechanics are okay. But the reception managers are something else. The level of service has hit rock bottom. There's only one goal: to squeeze out money. Everything else is secondary.

The dealership's security guard made a scene when I parked near this dealership. Upon returning to my car, I noticed the roof's paintwork was scratched. I filed a complaint with the dealership and am awaiting a response.

The showroom is very small, with only a fully equipped Forester available. I wanted more choice, to touch and drive one.
